由此來確認(rèn)達(dá)到扭矩值的提醒作用（其實(shí)就象我們手臂關(guān)節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會(huì)碰到鋼管的原理一樣）。

扭力扳手也叫扭矩扳手，力矩就是力和距離的乘積，在緊固螺絲螺栓螺母等螺紋緊固件時(shí)需要控制施加的力矩大小，以保證螺紋緊固且不于因力矩過大破壞螺紋，所以用扭矩扳手來操作。

設(shè)定好一個(gè)需要的扭矩值上限，當(dāng)施加的扭矩達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)，扳手會(huì)發(fā)出“卡塔”聲響或者扳手連接處折彎一點(diǎn)角度，這就代表已經(jīng)緊固不要再加力了。
